Shipping policy

 

Delivery

Delivery is usually 7–10 days. Delays can occasionally occur.

If we cannot deliver within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll email you with:

  • the revised expected delivery date, and/or

  • suitable alternative products.

You can then choose to:

  • wait for your original item,

  • switch to one of the alternatives, or

  • cancel your order for a refund.

Online Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging (e.g., shoe box), and include the returns form (available on our website).

  • Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery.

All returns are inspected. We’ll email you once your return is being processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We may refuse a return if an item is not suitable for resale (e.g., clearly marked or used). We’re not responsible for defects caused by misuse; such items will be returned to you.

Exchanges (size swaps):

We’re happy to exchange sizes if the footwear is unworn. Please return your original pair first. After inspection, we’ll dispatch the exchange by ordinary post.

If you need registered/trackable post, please let us know—additional postage charges apply.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, email support@barefootshoestore.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you.

Postage costs are refunded only for faulty items or incorrect deliveries.

Refund Timing

You should see your refund within 5 working days after our confirmation email (bank processing times vary).

If you don’t see it within 15 working days of our email, contact us at info@barefootshoes.ie.

All refunds are made to the original payment method.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
